Basic Bookkeeping

With our Basic Bookkeeping program our goal is to provide you with the greatest benefit with the least amount of effort on your part.  

How it works:  Once a week (or monthly, for small companies only) we will receive your paperwork and enter it into a computer program and return it back to you.  At the end of the month, we will balance your accounts, prepare your reports for you.  This will provide you with the necessary information to run your business, track your profitability, assets and liabilities, and reports for tax preparation (annual income tax preparation is not included). *

How much does it cost? Our goal is to be completely up front with our charges and costs to you so we have created the following chart to help you get an idea of what it would cost you on a monthly basis.

*Timing is contingent upon complete, accurate, & timely  receipt of your paperwork.

**Prices are valid as of 1/2016 and may be changed at any time without prior notice.  The above prices are based on receipt of complete and accurate paperwork in a timely manner, late paperwork requiring quick processing may be charged overtime rates.  Businesses over $100k/month, please call for a quote.
